Meet our staff

Cathy Spellman, RDH-

Cathy graduated from Gibbon HS and then attended CCC in Hastings.  She graduated from CCC with a degree in dental assisting in 1985 and later went back to CCC and graduated with a dental hygiene degree in 1999.  She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Assn and regularly attends continuing education courses to keep up on the latest advances in Dental Hygiene.  She has been a part of the Shelton Dental clinic staff since 1999.  She enjoys dental hygiene, but fills in as a dental assistant from time to time as needed.  She enjoys visiting with all her patients and seeing all the kids in our office.  She is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shelton and attends a lot of the activities there.  She is married to Mike and they have 3 sons.  In 2016 they were blessed with the addition of their first daughter-in-law.  They enjoy traveling abroad and going to the lake where they boat, fish and ski.  

Gina Frerichs

Gina is the front office assistant at Shelton Dental Clinic, and has been there since 2014.  She graduated from Hasting College in 2000 with a degree in Bio-Psychology, and originally comes from the Scottsbluff area.  She has worked in the dental field for 12 years.  Gina can help schedule your appointments with the office, answer any financial/billing questions and verify your dental insurance benefits.  She has been married to husband Lane for 17 years and they have 2 children, Jersie and Jeret.  They also have a great dane named”Gus”.  She spends her time running kids and attending their sporting events.  In her free time she likes to read, clean, exercise and spend time outdoor’s.  

Kennita Moore

Kennita is the newest member of the Shelton Dental Clinic staff, joining in 2016.  She is a 2013 graduate of Kearney HS and a graduate of CCC in Hastings with an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in 2015 in Dental Assisting.  Growing up Kennita knew she wanted to work in the dental field, but did not know just what path to follow until visiting CCC and learning more about the dental assisting field.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, bowlng and DYI.
